    Unhappy automatic restarting computer

I have a Compaq or Compact computer I don't know but it has a problem with restarting. I turn it on and the computer goes to the login screen and if you leave it long enough it restarts and goes through this process again. If I manage to get it on my desktop it might restart or it will send an error message and I can go on my computer. Lately its gotten worse by it going to a blue screen error report where at the end it says program files deleted or something like that. If I go through on safe mode and or last good configuration it may come up with the error report letting me say don't send but then it goes to the blue screen error report. I plug in my flash drive and it goes faster to restaring than ever.

    Requirments:
    • NVidia card
    • D and C drives
    • 3200 AMD sempron Procesor
    • 512 Megabytes Memory
    • 100 GB hard drive

    Software:

    Eusing Free Registry Cleaner
    HTML Code:
    Super Anti Spyware
    Panda Antivirus + Firewall 2008
Yes I did run both scanns over my thumb drive on another computer

    More:

    Tried changing the settings
