The internet broswer is working on all other profiles of this computer except mine, when i try opening mozilla or IE it comes up with the following message

"Windows cannot find <Address>. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click search."

ive ran a full scan of my computer with norton 360, which says i have no potential risks, any idea's on how to fix the problem?

If it is a new problem you might try a System Restore to a point prior to your problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

If the problem persists you could create a new profile and move your old data and settings as seen here:
