I have a Dell 810 all in one printer/scanner. It's been great until yesterday when the scanner wouldn't work, I can still use the printer.
I've been onto Dell support and they have reinstalled their software but they say the software for the scanner is being blocked by something on my PC.
I disabled the firewall, but that made no difference. Replaced usb and cable, no difference.
I have Malaware, Ad Aware, Avira and C Cleaner on my PC, but only use one at a time.
I have BT Yahoo as my browser, but also have Internet explorer 7 and Mozilla Firefox 3 as back up browsers.
Anyone have an ides what could be blocking the dell software?
