Windows XP. When try print from internet, printer prints but no type on page? Printer works from Word or Excel.

Windows XP SP1? SP2? SP3?
What browser are you using? what version?
What kind of printer? model? Did this printing issue just start to happen and you were previously able to print? Or is this a new printer hooked up that you have been unable to get to work?
How are you trying to print?
Commands used?
Tried different print options?
Do you receive any error message?
Are you on a LAN?

I have a Compaq IJ600 printer, Windows XP Sp2. Browser is Windows Explore 7. Resolved problem not being able to print from internet by downloading updated driver. But now the print is not readable for parts of the email. The first 5 lines have sections with no print, some lines have only top half of the letters print out. After the first 5 lines, it prints fine. I have tried realigning etc. Nothing seems to work. Anyhelp appreciated.
