I have received a MP3 player for Christmas but am unable to get the small disc into my hard drive as it keeps falling out. I need it for the user manual. I have a HP driver with a vertical slot on the left hand side and two very small slots above. I have tried to get the disc in the middle of the disc holder but it just rejects.
