Hi thank you for looking at my post and for any help offered. I have got a dell dimentions 3000 and i went away for a week and when i put my comp on it was ok until i put the internet on then it redirected me to a site to instal internet explorer 7 instead of taking me to msn. At first it would not allow me to instal the internet explorer 7 nor into my emails but after talking to dell i did manage to install internet explorer 7. My problem is that i cannot get into my emails no matter what i do, dell took over my comp today to try and sort this for me but they couldnt the only advice they could give me was to buy a memory stick to save vital information for my business and they would do a system wipe and reinstal windows xp but im hoping that a few of you whizz kids :) could try and make some sence of what im typing and give me an diffrent answer.
