It all started when a windows update went wrong and zone alarm was compromised. The windows website advised me to re-install zone alarm, however, I am unable to do so due to all installation windows disappearing and not re-turning.

I guess what I'm asking for is a fix to stop installation programs instantaneously vanishing. It's very annoying.
