can any one help me please i have a problem with my pc

every time i try to log in its says loading settings and then logs out onto the welcome screen

ive tryed to go into safe mode and its asking me for a pass word on addministration

ive never used it before so i havnt got a pass word

Is this a proprietary machine? (ie; Brand_Name - Gateway, Dell, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Lenovo, Compaq, etc.)

If it is, please post the make, and the exact model number. If there is a Service Tag, post this info as well.

Do you have XP media? (Either a retail CD, or if a proprietary machine, Recovery or XP CD(s) from the manufacturer.)

On many proprietary machines, the password for the Administrator is left blank. Try just hitting ENTER.
