    First download and extract the AllowChngWlppr.reg from the attached zip file.

    Double click on AllowChngWlppr.reg and choose to let it MERGE into the registry.

    Restart your machine.

    If this fails, do the same with the fixreg.zip;

    Download and extract the two reg files in the fixreg.zip package;

    Double click on fixreg1 and choose to let it MERGE into the registry.
    Double click on fixreg2 and choose to let it MERGE into the registry.

    Restart your machine.

    If this still doesn't work, this is an indication that there is probably malware or spyware on your machine.

    Try the measures outlined here; Cleaning Out Malware

    If this doesn't help, or (other) issues remain which cannot be resolved through these measures,,,,,,,

    Unfortunately at this time, this site has a shortage of HJT log analysts.

    Please go to our sister-site; Follow the instructions here-> HiJackThis prerequisites.
    There are important measures outlined here which affect and "optimize" the outcome of your HJT log.

    Then post your log in a new thread in the Spyware, Adware, Viruses and HijackThis Logs Forum.

    You will have to become a site member in order to post.
