When i reboot my computer, it's as if my gfx card doesnt reboot. It's obvious that the computer reboots, but nothing shows up on the moniter. At first I thought my geforce 7600 was crapping out, so I replaced it with a brand new 8800 gts and the same thing is happening. If i click "shut down" instead of restart, and I let the computer sit for about 15 seconds, and then manually start it up again, it boots up normally. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

I found out its not the gfx not rebooting, its the mobo. The power supply stays powered as well as the fans, and the network card, and the cpu fan is on, but the mobo doesnt beep as it usually does when it starts normally, and i think as a result of the mobo not starting up, the gfx card doesnt either.
