when i start the computer an error message pops up saying c:\WINDOWS\system32\hinkonhc.dll how can i find it to reinstall it to my computer?

Try a System File Check go to Run – type “sfc /scannow” (without the quotes and note space after sfc) have Win disc available in case sfc needs to replace or repair any files. The program runs with no alerts and then closes.
