I have just replaced my Epson printer with an HP All-In-One Printer-Fax-Copier-Scanner.

Now, when I come to print a Word 97 document, I have lost the window that opens before printing allowing the selection of which part of the document to print. Instead, a fault occurs and Word 97 has to close. The problem seems confined to Word 97.

I have tried re-installing Word 97, but to no avail.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It's OK, I've solved it. It was a compatability problem. Once I set it to Windows 98 my printing selection window opened.
