when i log on to my com there's this message every time that
cannot find c:/windows/system32/dgcyxlcb.dll
can you help me solve this problem?
and also i noticed my com has been running rather more slowly, in terms of internet speed.. i scanned my com using all the recommanded spyware, adware, virus scans but will want to know other solutions

Are you certain of the spelling of the .dll file? I find no matches with search engines.

If you are certain of the spelling, (and you haven't installed any new hardware drivers or software just prior to these occurances,) my first suspicion would be a malware or adware infection. Especially when coupled with your statement; "also i noticed my com has been running rather more slowly, in terms of internet speed.."

Even though you have run various scans, I recommend you follow the instructions here > HiJackThis prerequisites <. There are important measures outlined here which affect and "optimize" the outcome of your HJT log.

Then post your log in a new thread in the Spyware, Adware, Viruses and HijackThis Logs Forum.

If you have installed any new hardware or software, please provide the information pertaining to those installations.

i presume is a file missing?
and i'm not certain of the slashes, either / or \
