    Beeping Noises.

Hi, I've went through a couple of forums and none of them can help me. I was hoping if you guys can. So, my problem is, whenever the pixels move around, my PC tower beeps. Also, when i play games like Counter-Strike, it beeps even faster.

    Hello, and Welcome to techhelpforum.

Are you using a Windows "Theme"? (These incorporate sounds for various actions.)

Are you using any program which has features similar to the above?

Umm...I'm not very good with computers but i'm pretty sure i'm not using Windows Theme or any features similar to it.

How old is this machine? Has it been cleaned of dust buildup, especially the CPU fan/heat sink assembly?

Does the CPU fan run fast and freely, removing heat?

Some (older) machines would emit a beeping or siren sound if the CPU was starting to overheat. Playing games certainly falls into the catagory of CPU heat generation.

Can you better describe what you mean by "... the pixels move around..."?

Glad you got things sorted out.

You're not stupid. You just have to be an older person like myself to remember those machines from way back when. Sort of like black & white television. ;>)
