Every time I try to watch a DVD on my dell Media player, a pop up appears saying something about not being able to find SFR then it attempts to find and fix the problem which causes my computer to freeze. It looks for it in easy share which is a software I had on my computer from Kodak. I deleted the program. I tried to reistall it thinking that it would make this problem go away, except it wont fully download. help. its really annoying.

Sfr.msi is part of Kodak software. Either get a "proper" installation of the Kodak software, install, then remove it, or, find all references to it (sfr.msi) in the registry and get rid of them.

Other alternatives might be;

a System Restore to a point before the Kodak software was installed.

a (remove)/reinstall of the Dell Media Player utility.
