I have a problem where, after a restore, I created accounts but when the cpmputer restarted I lost MY ADMIN ACCT & all the others have limited access so I can't modify anything...help

The built in admin account is accessible in XP Home via Safe Mode.

In XP Pro via Ctrl+Alt+Delete on the Welcome Screen.

If this account has been affected then run a Clean Install of XP.
