Question User account management... need some guidance..

I have Windows XP pro SP2.. I setup a limited user account on my desktop. I want to know, as the administrator, how i can manage the access control for this account.. like which files, folders and programs this user can access. And how can i restrict the user from creating/modifying files in a specific folder.

As far as i know, there's supposed to be a 'security' tab in the properties of a folder (or a file).. but I don't get that...

    Please help.

Alright i sorted that out.. suddenly blurted out the whole @@@@ thing to myself.. mind games they say.

Anyhow, here's the next question ::

Can I, as the administrator, DELETE the built in 'administrator' account using the computer management facility. would it cause any problems..

Alrite i figured that out... i feel stupid now... anyways, I have another question! (not surprisingly)

Can I, as the administrator, DELETE the built-in "administrator" account using the computer management console. its a part of the 'administrators group'... so would it cause any problems?

No, you cannot, without causing major problems.

    Why would you want to?

You can rename it and should password protect it.

Most people don't even know it exists.
