I am receiving the following error:

SysFader: Iexplore.exe-Application Error
The instruction at “0x300a267d” referenced memory at “0x05277e24”. The memory could not be “read”.
Click on OK to terminate the program.

I receive this when I close a web browser and I can't figure out what it is or how the heck to fix it. Please help!
