for some reason, every time i try to open an application, it says that either this dll file or another dll file cannot be found. i scanned using avg and nod 32 both updated but cant find any virus. i cannot run any system utilities like disk defragmenter or have a look at the system tools. and neither can i play windows hearts. . so can anyone please tel me what is going on?
looked on the net and came to the conclusion that it might be a w32/Yaha.m@MM virus. if this is the case, how do i remove it? tried installing a disk clean utility but again says a dll file isnt found.
