whenever I try to access a folder in my directories, being "my computer", or anything even like the control panel my computer erases the desktop picture leaving a desktop recovery error in its place. I can't enter any of my directories or my control panel, because everytime I select one it resets my desktop wallpaper and no window pops up....I can still access the internet and programs that are shortcuts on the desktop, but anything else will just cause my desktop to restart leaving the same error message. I have tried using my anti-norton virus, but am not sure if it found didn't just miss something....does anyone have an idea to my problem please reply.
