I have a Dell Dimension 2400 with Xp.

Q1. I had Spy Sweeper, but the subscription went out and my brother just deleted all the shortcuts to it and now when I try to delete it using the Add/Remove Program it wont let me do it. Anyway to fix this?

Q2. I have Adaware SE Pro is there anymore programs I should have because I keep getting a pop up when I have all the pop up blockers on and I scan wih the adaware and it says there is nothing wrong.

1 > right click on the Spy Sweeper icon on the right hand side of the toolbar where the clock is located and select exit This will shut down the Spy Sweeper program. Next press ctrl + alt + delete which will open the Task Manager. Click on the Processes tab. Search for spysweeper.exe. If this process is running click on it then select end process. Repeat this step to search for and close the process WRSSSDK.exe. After this is done Spy Sweeper should be able to be removed by using Add/Remove Programs

2 > What Anti Virus are you using? What Firewall? What do the popups say? Spybot S&D is also good.
