I had some viruses, and removed them with AVG. Now, intermittently, my form fields go haywire, and scroll and beep. And when this happens, i have no control over window buttons. Also, i can make this happen by goin into standby, and then trying to come out of standby. The password field automatically fills in the dots (like its typing in something) but the cursor does not want to stop.

Thanks for any and all help. Im stumped. Ive ran muptiple spyware cleaners, checkdisk many times, something called "sfd /scannow" in command prompt. that program wants me to insert "xp cd 2", but i am OEM.

My system came out of the box with no discs. I had to make recovery discs from the files within the computer. Will those work?

See anything here? The symptom is like suddenly a key is locked on in forms field, and in a window pane, the only button available will be the first. Take the log off window, for instance; When i go to shut down, the only button I can succesfully push is "standby". When i try to push the others, it just makes the "standby" button push down, although nothing happens. And on web pages it autoscrolls down to the bottom, with no option to reverse direction.I have included a log file, to see if you see anything. Ati hotkeys? It feels like a keyboard/hotkey/ scrolling thing to me...
