time i run the window setup on my pc screen was appear setup cannot copy the filele32.dll do you have any idea what is going to my pc?

Are you using a manufacturers Recovery CD or what is the source of the XP CD you are using? Was it the original disk used to install XP?

Are you doing a Clean (destructive) Install?
