hi can anyone please tell me why my PC slows rite down when I'm listening to music or watching video"s and using another programme cpu,hits 100% and my pc runs very slowwwwww.

What process is using the CPU?

Check in the Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Del)

sorry my friend im a bit slow when it comes to my pc, when i listen to the launch cast radio in the instant messanger by itself the cpu is @ about 25/40% then when i open my browser it shoots up to 100%, im not too hot on the tech side so i don"t know if this info is any use.

I've never used Launch Cast but I listen to streaming radio all the time and use IE and even WMP at the same time with no more CPU usage above 5<10% max. I would run Spybot and AdAware as seen in this post:

This is certainly unusual and my first suspect would be malware of some sort. Sorry that I cannot be more specific.
