i have checked all settings and performed troubleshooting to try to fix this. there is no sound from the computer speakers, and no sound when headphones used. volume is all the way up. volume has gradually decreased over the last month. this has happened before, and all of a sudden corrected itself. again, nothing at all can be heard now. please offer suggestions to a non techie. thanks

Go to the driver download section and insert your model number. The drivers will be there.
