i have already reformatted my hard drive but the virus is still there. i dont know what virus it is.. but this is what it does... on my removable drive... its making folders.exe with the file name new folder. i cant open it or delete it. also, i cant go to command prompt or run regedit. if i do ctrl+alt+del.. it says...task manager has been disabled by your administrator. how can i get rid of this virus?? please help!:takecall:

What anti-virus software do you have? Most modern virus detection software can pinpoint nearly all known viruses and even AVG, which is free, can detect as much as any bought AV software.
