i have a problem my pc. when am trying to intall windows,and it gets to where i have to press f8 to accept the liences agreement then it restarts.

Is this XP? (I moved your thread from the chat section assuming XP).

Are you using a retail version Microsoft XP CD or an OEM.

If the latter is it the Recovery CD that was supplied with this specific computer?

Also why are you reinstalling? What were the previous problems? Any hardware issues?
