startng i would discride properly about cause of the error.
My friend going to format his laptop and window xp was in it. i boot from CD Rom by click the "Instal Window XP" and i cant delete the partition, it show that have temporary setup file inside it. it only allow me to instal the window.
so i take out its hardisk and make it as the external hardisk on my computer, then format it.
when i fix back the hardisk into my friend laptop, it show me the error "NTLDR is missing" .
i make the setting in the BIOS that first boot is the CD Rom, it also occur this problem.
before format the laptop, my friend have change its CD Rom and it was working properly.
laptop did not have the floppy disk currently.
what should i continue now ???? please help, thks

According to the screen shots the Secondary IDE (which I assume to be the CD drive) is DISABLED.

ENABLE it.
