I am having some sort of problem...I have loaded Norton 360, followed all of the instructions including removing it completely and reinstalling etc.

My computer still seems to have some virus issue or something...it hangs up a lot, a couple of times I have come back to it after an absence and an email is started to some place that I DID NOT DO! So, it seems to have a mind of its own.

I have run deep scans and such to to no avail...any ideas?

PS. Also...I just had problems using FireFox...so I checked what is running by pressing CTrl Alt Del and found 7 items that are a series of numbers (9) followed by an exe...any idea what in the world those are?
