Help, I just downloaded Norton 360 and for some reason I can't seem to get the phishing thing to work...it doesn't seem to matter if I turn it on, off or whatever...when I look under Tools, Advanced it seems to have a problem...there is a brown ! by the phishing thing...any ideas on how to fix it? My computer is messing up quite a bit right now and I think it is related...oh brother...what a headache

It is advised to uninstall any and all other security software from your computer before installing 360 including any anti-virus; anti-malware; firewall; etc.

Some advice to those who plan to upgrade to Norton 360 from older Norton products:
.
1. Remember that it is a good practice to uninstall all old Norton products before the new one is installed.
.
2. Rebooting the system after you uninstalled old Norton products & before you install Norton 360 is highly recommended.
.
3. Uninstall LiveUpdate the last.
.
4. Verify that there isn't anything left in Services from Norton products, if yes than use Norton Removal Tool before you install Norton 360.
