    Preinstalled programs, very worried!

When i bought my computer off of ebay (brand new in original box) I took it out, hooked it all up, and booted the bad boy up, upon logging into my newly created account i noticed that there were some programs installed including anti-virus/malware/spyware program called mcafee security center, at first i thought it would be nice to have seeing as how i would want it secure from the start but a couple days ago i found out that this program is bloatware and takes up way too many resources and slows the computer down, and when i reset the computer to its original state when i got it, it still comes with mcafee, anyone know how to restore my original settings without any of these programs? or how to get rid of mcafee and its bloatware? feel free to ask any questions!

You can uninstall McAfee from the Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.

Afterwards you should install an Anti-Virus.

AVG and Avast are two free programs that are much less bloated.

McAfee and Norton are a waste of money and time, like Jephree said, just use AVG, like me. on my HP PC I had 3 viruses with Norton that were undetected, but AVG saved my PC!!
