I have a silly problem someone may be able to assist and solve it for me please

    here goes

I have pasted the words that appear in a dialog box as follows :

This is what it says when it starts up

RTHDCPL.EXE - Illegal System DLL Relocation
    (Heading in a dialog box)

The system DLL user 32.dll was relocated in memory. The application not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\ system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

(text in dialog box) as shown above.

Can someone advise how to return this to where is was please

I cant play any dvd's on the computer now ??

Microsoft has issued a patch for anyone running the Realtek Audio Control Panel.

After installing the April 3, 2007 CRITICAL update Microsoft Security Bulletin MS07-017

You may receive this error upon reboot: "Illegal System DLL Relocation"

    Here is the PATCH
