:wave: Hi i am hoping someone can help. I am trying to change my desktop and when i go into the display window and click on desktop i can go up and down the list of themes but when i click on one the window closes and doesn't allow me to change the display. I have found lots of info about not being able to open the display window but nothing in regards to this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is usually the result of Malware or Spyware.

Usually the options are "Greyed Out". Is that your case?

I tried the options that you suggested but they didnt help. I have had the problem for a while but havn't been too worried about it, just put up with the same old display. My problem is not that it is "greyed out" but i can open display but when i click on an option such as 'windows classic' or any other option to change it, display window closes without making any changes. This also happens when i click on the browse button. I did have the program 'spylock' invade my system and i removed it by downloading 'smitfraudfix' and running that program in safe mode. Once i had removed it i now have a plain blue screen and this can't be changed. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
