Using Windows XP and unable to go online. Was using dial up and tried to install sbcyahoo, unsuccessfully. No messages just doesn't do anything! The computer has been broke for about a year. A pop up shows up from time to time saying, "Warning! Your computer in infected! Press here for help!" But nothing happens when I press this pop up. The file name is 43.tmp.exe, if that helps at all! Thanks for any help you can give me!

If that pop-up is not from your own anti virus then it is malware.

Do not click such things.
