I am unable to upload photos to my snapfish account (album) so that i can print pictures. When I hit the upload phote button, a blank blue page comes up.

I have downloaded adobe reader 8, amd adobe flash player, updated all microsoft items but still does not work. Even the geek squard could not figure it out when we took it to them.

Please help.
