HELP PLEASE.

Ive suddenly got a problem with new tool bars and icons appearing on my desktop(casino/travel/mortgages/make money etc.they all appear to be connected with LOP? according to my ad-aware.I keep removing them with LOP removing tools but they come back.When i go to internet options there are always four sites in the "allow pop ups from these sites"(including lop.com etc)when i remove them from the list they are gone but minutes later they are all back.Is it that the xp pop up stopper is rubbish?
any help badly needed.
