hi,Ive had the free site adviser on for some time now,windows xp pro,service pack 2 ,but this last week every time I go to my browser I get a small window saying site adviser has encounterd a problem,send or dont send report to microfoft,but every site I go to still has the signes on them if the sight is good or not,is there a way to stop this window from poping up every time I visit the web,any help please ,birdman1

Do you have the latest version (updates) of Site Advisor?

Have you sent the message to Microsoft? Occassionally they will actually reply.

Also look in your Event Viewer for any coincidental issues:

Check your Event Viewer via Administrative Tools.

Open the System as well as Application tabs and look for red X errors that coincide with your problem. Details here:

hi, Ive sorted it out thanks,I removed the original one from add/remove in controle panel,then reenstaled site advisor again,alls well thankyou,birdman
