I have a dell Dimension 3000 im trying to restore using the built in "factory restore" ( CTRL F11) and when i hit it..at start up it says "Diskette Drive 0 Seek Failure" once again.. i am lost..thanks for any help..

Try the BIOS settings F2 after power on and in the Boot Order remove the Diskette Drive from the boot order.
