Every start up I get the error message:
Windows cannot find C:windows/system32/yuccfshvkk/csrss.new.exe
Then follows with a could not load or run
How do I get this off of my computer???

Not too sure what this means, but try a System File Check, go to Run / type "sfc /scannow" ( without the quotes and note the space after sfc ) have Win Cd available in case sfc needs to repair or replace any files
