on my own pc witch is a DELL PENT 4 ive forgot my password so i can turn it on but that is as far as i can go but as i was the computer administrator and have the only account is there any way possible i can solve this problem please help

If you are referring to the XP password and you only had the main account then you'd either have to remember the password or reinstall XP.
