I uninstalled that WINMM WDM thing that was conflicting and restarted and the Juli@ took over.

looks like the probs are not over yet. When I run the analyser SW with my Juli@ (even on loopback), irregular glitches are wrecking the measurements and the real time graph jumps. I've timed it and it's irregular ...3s,6s,10s,25s,11s....

I've done memtest, PERFECT. I notice also that Windows Task MGr blue highlighted task flashes regularly with the CPU usage update. Don't know if that's normal?

I was thinking that something is running interference that might be the cause.

It is common for the highlighted task in task manager to pulse regularly.
