Sometimes when it restartes the blue screen that appears says the problem is with win32k.sys could that be the problem?

win32k.sys is a very generic error. That covers just about everything on your computer. That is Windows.

The dump log would point out the detailed drivers and or Memory Corruption. Why Access is denied is very strange.

Did you ever try to enter the built-in Administrator account?

Did you ever try a different Video card? Your old one?

Did you ever try swapping out your RAM? If you have multiple sticks try only one at a time and try different slots as well.
