I am having problems with my pc, when i go to open up any windows,on my pc the same windows keeps opening, one after the other, untile the whole screen is fill, and i cant do anything at all, please any help would be greatly valued, and appreciated

hi,I had the same problem to days ago,it started after I downloaded a new program from a cd free with the magazine I bought,I had to switch the computor off from the mains,on restarting again,I removed the last ptrogram,by add and ermove,all was back to normal,so it maybe a new softweare you have down loaded
