hi and please help a complete dumbo in comp. moved to france new neighbours decied to HELP me install a programme AND first I tried hotmail came up with a white screen also the same on some of my forums so went into sytem information (nothing???) and system restore (white screen) what could he have dumped to cause this????????? desparate and jsut about to launch comp into space so any help would be gratefully received
