Download this scan: http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html
See what is listed under System Model
If nothing then what is listed under Main Circuit Board
The best general solution is to re-load your computer's audio drivers.
The best place to find these drivers is the computer manufacturer's web site.
Look for Downloads/Drivers/Audio for your exact computer model.
If your computer was custom built then the motherboard manufacturer is the best source.
If you need help in searching for the download please let us know and supply the exact make and model of the computer or motherboard.

http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWeb/Downloa...uID=35&LanID=9
-
it doesnt let me do the setup i try and then it says ...setup has detected that unInstallShield is in use. please close uninstallshieod and restart setup
error432
is there any other way??
-
Open the Task Manager > Processes
Look for something that might suggest UnInstallSheild.
If found right click it and choose End Process.
-
i still get the same thing i dont noe what to do is there somehting else that i can download or something?
-
That driver is the Audio driver for your motherboard.
Stopping UnInstallSheild from running would be the best bet as this is not usual and will probably interfere with any downloads.
Locate all instances of IsUninst.exe and delete from the %systemroot% directory and run setup again...
You can do this from start > Search: IsUninst.exe
Also check advanced options to search both Hidden and System files.
