how do i end it by using search i looked for it in task manager but its not there

Locate all instances of IsUninst.exe and delete.

If this file is every needed it will be created by the program uninstalling.

Apparently you had an uninstall that didn't complete or left the uninstaller present.

thre was two i was only able to delete one and when i try and download it it shows a red circle and the x what else can i do?

What happened when you tried to delete the other? Any error message?

Also you say download? Haven't you already downloaded?

You were trying to run Setup.exe were you not?

yes i was trying to run the setup and i got an error msessage saying access denied or something any help?
