Help!!! My laptop only shows the wallpaper when it is switched on, ie there is no toolbars or icons. If anyone out there could help i would be forever in their debt. Thanks sinclair182

not sure if you have tried this but, when you get to the wallpaper right click and choose "arrange icons by" then scroll down to "show desktop" see if this works thats how i got my wifes back on her laptop.

This happened to me i went to safe mode add did a system restore and that fixed it

It happens becuase some1 must have went into the task manager and clicked explorer or systry and ended task.
