i just started to get this problem when ever i boot up my pc it bleeps constantly, it all boots up fine just the bleeping. as im typing it has stoped i have the side off so could it be a over heating problem?? or somthing more serious. please help.

pc is about 1 1/2 yrs old only ever had 1 major problem and that was the graphic card that died on me.

You might have a case intrusion detector which will beep if the case has been or is open(ed).

no it was not that ive had my case side off a lot of time and never had the problem, fixed any way was a alarm to warn of over heating some how alarm had reset to 40 degrese but should have been set to 60 oo well never mind all sorted now, but thank you for your help
