Hey, having a problem with my Dell laptop inspiron 6400. I'm crap at stuff like this, don't even know if I'm posting this in the right place.
Anyway, turned on computer, went blue and started to do something. Then I shut it, it went black and is now making a funny noise. I can't do anything with it. Pressed a load of buttens, can't turn it off, can't do anything with it! It's just black and making a funny noise.

we've all been there. have you tried unplugging it/ removing battery

did it suddenly start to go wrong or has it been playing up for a while?
