If you want to try and track that .dll go to start > Search
Choose: All Files and Folders and also check Advanced options to Search Hidden as well as System files.
Then type w024d245.dll in the box and Search.
When this file is found right click it and click Properties. See if you can see what Program it is affiliated with.
Other than that: did you install SP2? And all subsequent Windows Updates?
Have you run Spybot S&D
And Ad-Aware SE
If the problem persists I suggest posting a HijackThis log in this section here:

hi, tried what you told me to do but it did not find anything, it comes on every time you open up a account. I have also got ada-ware protection but not tried the others are they free , dont know what the other thing is you suggested can you explain thanks

Yes Spybot S&D is free.
The HijackThis creates a log that you can post in the HijackThis log Section of this forum.
Click on the link above and choose Save. Put it in a permanent folder (not temporary nor the Desktop) within My Documents (for example).
After that open the folder and click on HijackThis.exe
Choose: Do a system scan and save a log file
Then copy and paste that log file into a new thread in the HijackThis section of this forum.
Also please briefly describe the problems you are having.

thanks for replying I have done another search and now have found 7 folders which contains this error code tried to go in to properties but cannot seem to find out only that it says infolder c:/documents and settings/ all users/application data/grisoft/avg7data would this hijack thing throw any light on the situation sorry but I am a novice must seem dim?

AVG7 being your Anti-Virus, which I also use, and can find that path but not that .dll.
It might be in a quarantine or just in an error log. Have you followed the path?
Click My Computer then click C: then Documents and Settings then All Users then Application Data then Grisoft then AVG7Data >>> etc.
Do you see a specific reference here to w024d245.dll?
And yes a HijackThis log is always informative regarding security issues.
